NH Selects Reminder: Zero Tolerance + Codes of Conduct
As we move forward with the season, I want to send a quick reminder that our focus is on providing a positive, supportive environment for our players.
Zero Tolerance Policy
To ensure the best experience for the kids, negative comments, heckling, harassment, intimidation, or aggressive behavior toward players, officials, coaches, or other spectators will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in this behavior may be asked to leave the arena, and further disciplinary action may apply.
Our goal is simple: keep the energy in the stands focused on encouragement, sportsmanship, and respect. Let’s lead by example and let the kids play.
NH Selects Codes of Conduct (Parent/Spectator + Player)
A reminder that all families, spectators, and players are expected to follow the NH Selects Parent/Spectator Code of Conduct and the NH Selects Player Code of Conduct at all team events—games, practices, and team activities.
These standards exist to protect:
The player experience
A safe, respectful environment for everyone
The culture we want our athletes to learn and represent
How you can help (simple expectations)
Cheer effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship
Respect officials and opponents
Let coaches coach and players play
If you have a concern, bring it up away from the rink environment and through the appropriate communication channel
Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.
