Addendum A

This Addendum A is provided with the NH Selects Offer and is incorporated into the Player Financial Policy & Agreement Contract. (Program Fee varies by offer)

• Reactive countering
• Extreme multitasking
• Reactive linear crossovers
• Professional certified Coaching Staff
• Video education – Chalk Talks by NH Selects Director of Player Development
• and other Guest Coaches
• Hockey IQ Development
• Systems and Concepts
• Goalie Specific Training provided by our partner Rob Day - Puckstoppers
• 1 Semiprivate Lesson per week for 20 weeks @ Puckstoppers facility
• 6 shared Ice goalie Sessions on NH Selects Ice
• Strength and Conditioning Program - Provided by Platinum Athletes and or NH Selects Coaching Staff
• Programming designed for in season strength, conditioning, agility, speed & power
• Pre-Season 4-day Development camp
• 1 hour on ice per day
• 1 hour off ice Strength and Conditioning per day
• September UNH pre-season tournament

Practices – 8U, 8U Development

• 2 – 60-minute shared ice slot
• 1 – 60-minute shared skill session

Practices – 10U, 12U, 13O, 14U

• 1 – 60-minute shared ice practice slot
• 1 – 60-minute full ice slot
• 1 – 60-minute skill session

Practices – 15O, 16U, 18U

• 2 – 60-minute full ice slot
• 1 – 60-minute skill session

Practice jersey: One (1) practice jersey package will be provided, consisting of either (a) one reversible jersey or (b) two separate practice jerseys in different colors. The practice jersey package is one or the other (not both) and is determined by NH Selects for that season/team.

Games

• Inclusion in the NHAHA Granite State Hockey League (GSL)
• National Bound Levels of play, if applicable
• Inclusion in the Premier Hockey League of New England (PHLNE), if approved to participate.
• Game count decided by number of participating teams in each League/Division
• Home & Away game slots as scheduled by GSL/PHLNE
• Home game officials

• 1 Showcase Tournament – Coaches choice (must be approved by NH Selects Executive Director or Hockey Director)
• State, Regional, and National tournament entry fees are included only if the team qualifies for and participates in such events (as applicable).

• NH Selects home and away game jerseys and socks
• NH Selects track suit
• NH Selects Gloves
• NH Selects pant or shell
• NH Selects Equipment bag
• Black Helmet

NH Selects may, from time to time, offer Team Store discounts or promotions. Any such discount/promotion is discretionary, may change season-to-season, and is not included in the Program Fee unless expressly stated in the Player’s Offer.

First Priority Group: Returning NH Selects players (Prior Season):

• Returning players continuing within the same team level/continuum (e.g., within the same age classification progression), where applicable
• The player with the most seniority (consecutive years)
• The player with the older DOB

Second Priority Group: New NH Selects players:

• The player with the older DOB
