Another Way to Help Cover the Cost

CSF NH & EFA Scholarships

NH Selects Hockey is an approved Education Service Provider with Children's Scholarship Fund New Hampshire (CSF NH), through the NH Education Freedom Account (EFA) Program. Families with an active EFA or CSF NH scholarship can use those funds toward NH Selects programs — separate from, and in addition to, the NH Selects Financial Assistance Fund below.

How It Works

CSF NH manages EFA eligibility, applications, and fund disbursement directly with families — NH Selects does not process CSF NH applications.

Already have an EFA or CSF NH scholarship? Contact us at treasurer@nhselects.com to apply your funds to a NH Selects program.

Who Can Apply

Eligibility

Category	Details
Players	All current NH Selects players in good standing and current on dues
Amount	Determined based on demonstrated financial need
Criteria	Application and all supporting documentation must come from the legal and financially responsible parent, relative, or legal guardian
Restriction	Player may not alternate or play with another organization

All items below must be included. Incomplete packages will not be considered.

Complete NH Selects Financial Assistance Application (download above)

Federal Tax Returns
Signed copy of the 2023 & 2024 Federal Tax Return and a copy of the 2023 & 2024 W-2 form

Current Income Documentation
Copies of last three (3) months of paystubs, or proof of self-employment income, unemployment, disability, social security, or workers compensation benefit statements

Supporting Documentation
Any miscellaneous documentation to support the stated facts

INCOMPLETE PACKAGES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Packages received after October 1, 2026 will not be considered. Please allow adequate time to gather all required documentation.

Award Terms

Special Note

All NH Selects players awarded financial assistance will be required to have the legal and financially responsible parent, relative, or legal guardian sign and abide by the NH Selects Agreement for Financial Assistance Award.

The Financial Assistance Agreement form must be submitted no later than one week after the awarding of financial assistance or the award is subject to forfeiture.
