About the Event

NH Selects Skills & Scrimmage is a one-time, drop-in skating event open to all players ages 8U, 10U, and 12U — you do not need to be a current NH Selects player to participate.

Each session is a fast-paced 60 minutes split into two halves: 30 minutes of focused skill development led by our coaching staff, followed by 30 minutes of full-ice scrimmage. It's the best way to experience what Selects hockey feels like — competitive, high-tempo, and built around getting better.

Whether you're thinking about joining NH Selects for the 2026–27 season or just want a great hour of hockey, this is for you.

Skating, puck handling, passing, and shooting drills run by NH Selects coaching staff. High reps, high intensity.

Full-ice game play. Put your skills to the test in a competitive, coached scrimmage environment.

Come Prepared
What to Bring
Full Hockey Equipment Helmet with cage/visor, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, hockey pants, shin guards, skates, and stick.
Water Bottle 60 minutes of hard work. Stay hydrated.
Arrive 15 Minutes Early Dressed and ready to go at your scheduled start time.
$25 Registration Per session. Register online before you arrive — spots are limited.

Do I need to be an NH Selects player?
No. Skills & Scrimmage is open to all players ages 8U, 10U, and 12U regardless of their current team or organization.
Can I sign up for both dates?
Yes. Each session is $25. You can attend one or both.
How much does it cost?
$25 per session, payable at registration.
Where is it?
Tilton School Ice Rink.
What equipment is required?
Full hockey equipment — helmet, pads, gloves, pants, shin guards, skates, and stick.
Is this a tryout?
No. This is a standalone skills and scrimmage event. Tryouts for the 2026–27 season are held separately. However, it's a great way to experience Selects hockey before tryouts.

NH SELECTS SKILLS & SCRIMMAGE


One hour of high-intensity hockey — 30 minutes of

skills training followed by 30 minutes of competitive

scrimmage. Open to all players ages 8U, 10U, and 12U.
