Where Elite Players Are Made

NH Selects Academy is a performance-first summer development program open to all players 8U through 18U — NH Selects roster or not. If you're serious about your game, you belong here. 16 sessions. One hour each. The Ice Den, Hooksett, NH. Train here and show up to next season a different player.

Every session is powered by Power Edge Pro's Reactive Countering Training™ (R.C.T.) — a performance-proven methodology developed over 20 years that has contributed to 71 first-round NHL picks in the last five years alone. Connor McDavid, Jack Hughes, Owen Power, and Connor Bedard all trained on R.C.T. McDavid joined the program at age 10.

R.C.T. trains athletes to fire multiple motor skills simultaneously — the exact demand the modern game puts on players every shift. R.C.T. circuits deliver 5× more high-quality, game-transferable repetitions than standard drill-based practices. Faster development of the edges, hands, reads, and compete level that coaches at every level are looking for.

Power Edge Pro · Reactive Countering Training™
Performance Proven.
The Methodology Behind the Game's Best.

R.C.T. is built around one core principle: the ability to fire multiple motor skills simultaneously under pressure. In today's game, skating and puck skills are not separate — they happen together, at speed, against resistance. R.C.T. conditions the nervous system to wire these actions together, creating faster, more instinctive responses every time you touch the ice.

Developed over 20 years. Used by the players you watch on TV. Now at The Ice Den.
