Season Information
Our Mission
Established in 2023, the NH Selects mission is to provide a comprehensive and enriching experience that extends beyond the game of hockey. We believe in fostering the character development of each player and creating a supportive environment where parents and players alike can thrive.
NH Selects is built on a simple principle: elite development requires elite training methods. We don't just play games — we build complete hockey players through proven, research-backed development systems.
What truly sets us apart is our dedication to professional, non-parent coaching. USA Hockey certified coaches who bring objectivity, expertise, and a focus on long-term development rather than short-term glory.
As a Power Edge Pro Center of Excellence, we deliver training methods that provide 5× more skill repetitions than traditional practices — and video analysis that increases skill retention by 40%.

What It Takes
At NH Selects, development is the destination — but getting there requires commitment from every player and family.
- 1Hard WorkDon't believe in luck — believe in hard work. Talent opens the door, but effort is what walks through it every single day.
- 2PatienceDevelopment is not a straight line. If you lose patience, you lose the battle. Trust the process and the results will follow.
- 3SacrificeIf you don't sacrifice for what you want, then what you want becomes the sacrifice. Growth requires giving something up to gain something greater.
- 4ConsistencyConsistency is what transforms average into excellence. Show up, put in the work, and do it again tomorrow.
- 5DisciplineMotivation gets you going, but discipline keeps you growing. The players who reach the next level are the ones who do the work when no one is watching.
- 6Self-ConfidenceConfidence isn't "they will like me." Confidence is "I'll be fine if they don't." Believe in your preparation and trust your abilities.
- 7Positive AttitudeA positive attitude won't solve all your problems, but it will carry you through more of them than you'd expect. Focus on your goals, not your obstacles.
- 8FocusKeep your eyes on the target. Distractions will always be there — your ability to stay locked in on what matters is what separates good from great.
From your first tryout to the final game of the season, you'll experience a program built on excellence, safety, character development, and community.
We look forward to welcoming you to the NH Selects family.
