Congratulations 10U Tier III

Congratulations to the NH Selects 10U Tier III team on winning the GSL State Championship today at the HAM Arena. The Selects faced off against a strong NH East team and took an early 2 goal lead.  The NH East came back strong with 4 unanswered goals. leading the Selects 4 to 2. 

Coach Grant took a timeout to reassure the group that the game is far from over and that we needed to continue to play our game, stay poised, consistent and execute our systems.  2 quick back to back goals tied the game within minutes of the timeout.  

A late penalty by the NH East put the Selects on the power play where they didn't waste any time finding the back of the net.  An open net goal with a minute remaining sealed the deal for the Selects who took home the 6 to 4 win.
